Regular Membership $30.00 —includes voting and officer positions, Chapter newsletter, quarterly UOA Canada Inc. Magazine, access to Chapter library material.Chapter Membership $10.00 —includes all of the above except the quarterly UOA Canada Inc. Magazine and supports the LOCAL Chapter only.Auxiliary Membership $5.00 —is for the family/supporting member of an ostomy member and includes voting and officer positions and access to Chapter library material.Honorary Membership Fees are waived as the member is elected by a membership vote and includes voting and officer positions, Chapter newsletter and access to Chapter library material.
